Harbor’s brand voice boils down to this: we take the work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. When I was developing the copy guidelines for Harbor, I returned to two main pillars – expertise & comedy. The goal with all the 360° B2B campaigns remains to show that we are industry leaders who know how to have a good laugh (again, work is serious; we are not).
Some campaigns fall under the Brand Halo while others highlight the capabilities of specific services (e.g. Offline Editorial, Dailies) and speak directly to the customer –filmmakers and film executives. The email newsletters average a 60% open rate across clients from both industries.
