In an industry built on hurry up and wait , you hope the enjoyment of the waiting offsets the anxiety of the hurry-up-ing. In other words, it’s nice to laugh.

The purpose of this magazine is to present our artists as people, not portfolios.

After all, even though it’s important that they produce exceptional work – which you can access at any time via the QR code at the top right of almost every spread – you will inevitably spend upwards of a gazillion hours alone with them in a dark room. 

So imagine each feature a first date you approach with an open mind. And who knows. Maybe you’ll find a new friend who becomes an old friend who always tells you how it is.
